"Liomark" is a company which appeared on the Polish market in 1997 and it produces freeze-dried food and cultures of bacteria for food industry. The owner of the company is Marek Siegień. He employs highly qualified staff. Facing the requirements stated by European Union we are introducing new systems HACCP and ISO 9002.
The aim of our firm is to promote among present and future customers using the best products to preserve food, fully keeping its natural properties.
Food preserved by lyophilizing keeps the natural look, taste, scent and nutritional properties.
Our products are high quality ones, because of the way of production.
The second part of our production is bakery.
We deal with the production and preserving the starting cultures of bacteria used in bakery. We use old recepies and we also offer a special machine Ż-600 which is very helpful in fermentation process.
